Travis Barker settles suit over plane crash
An attorney says Travis Barker has settled his lawsuit against
several companies over a fatal plane crash in South Carolina last
year.Lawyer William L. Robinson, who represents some of the
companies sued, says the terms of the settlement are
confidential.He says the settlement involves all defendants,
including Learjet, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and the plane's
owners and contractors.The former Blink-182 drummer was one of two
survivors of a Sept. 19, 2008 plane crash that killed two pilots

Three Dead in Mid-Air Plane Crash
Three people were killed in a mid-air plane crash in Levy County,
Florida on March 21. The experienced pilot of a Piper aircraft and
his wife died when their plane collided with the experimental
aircraft of a 73 year-old Summerfield man, who was also fatally

RIP: Sen. Ted Stevens
Sen. Ted Stevens was not one of the surviors of last night's plane
crash in Alaska that killed five persons. Ex-NASA chief Sean
O'Keefe and his teenage son were among the four survivors. More

longest serving Republican senator in history. R.I.P., Sen.
