The nearly 10-year legal battle over the class action lawsuit alleging sex discrimination at Wal-Mart stores is now before the Supreme Court. Wal-Mart made a recent announcement that it is pulling its entire line of Miley Cyrus-brand necklaces and bracelets from the shelves, after testing revealed high levels of the toxic metal cadmium, by the Associated Press, according to a New York Injury Lawyer. We have done so many of these that we pretty much know the range of time one of these will take, even allowing for the required customization and the normal back and forth negotiating that will go on between our client and the Chinese supplier.
